Came into the shop a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. Braden and Rei were extremely helpful. They both hopped right over and were very polite and respectful. Braden greeted me with a smile, asked me how my day was, and got me where I needed to be. He was also very handsome! Rei was also very nice and extremely funny. Overall, it was a really good experience.

1.serious glitches during contract signing with warranty/maintence prices changing? was told it was a system glitch. Had to restart process, reprint the contract after I pointed out the error which added and additional hour and makes me think it was not a glitch but something else.
2.Austion made promises about getting help with getting refund from my previous warranty not handled as promised. Still not resolved
3. Promised by Glenn the car would be FULL gas and ready to go. It WAS EMPTY on delivery.

Brought the car to the shop and was told the car needed a new battery and starter. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty at Sam’s Club so I didn’t have to purchase another one. I brought my car in because the apple car play was not working. They said they found the problem it would be 995.92 and suggested about $3000 in additional maintenance since I just hit 100,000. I told them great fix just the screen for now. Then when I go to pay it gets mentioned that it does not work with the newest phones… which I have. Kelsey, Mike, and James were great during my new tire selection and installation. I was not happy with the tires handling so they facilitated another set of tires under the warranty. We attempted to purchase a 2025 Corvette Z06 from George Moore Chevrolet. The issue was not simply that the vehicle sold. The issue was the sequence of events and how the transaction was handled.
We negotiated the vehicle price and trade value. The dealership ran our credit, submitted our information to lenders, obtained financing approval, and provided us with the lender, loan terms, interest rate, and estimated payment. A big thank you and shout out to Brayden and Rodney who worked together and in a few minutes reconnected a panel on the front of my Chevy Equinox that somehow was coming lose. Quick and great service. They scheduled the appointment same day and I was able to complete all the services needed.
Sales associate was very helpful and courteous. The support staff was great. The financing part was very easy and effortless. A great selection of vehicles. Treated like a valued customer, since this was our first time buying from the dealership.
Normally service is decent. But this time when we left the lot one of tires low and a sales men approached my wife with an offer to buy a new suburban and with our trade would have put us in additional 40,000+ in debt. So basically tried to sale us a suburban ls for 96,000. SMH
The service technician checking in my car was outstanding. His name was James. Hope he gets recognized for his outstanding performance in assisting me and getting my car repaired.
The service I received from Gabe Lambert and Scottie Reynolds was above and beyond. They evaluated, serviced, and had my vehicle ready by the time I need to leave the dealership earlier than expected. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Had a great experience with everyone until the Tahoe was cleaned to go and it was still so dirty. I pushed the seat back and there were french fried under the seat and not vacuumed and Kris the saleman was made aware and all he did was take a picture of it and said nothing. I dont believe this was good service. Whe have bought 2 vehicles in the last month and expected better.
I can’t say enough great things about Kai! I honestly went into the dealership thinking there was no way I’d be leaving with a vehicle that day. My credit wasn’t in the best position, and I was really just looking for guidance on what I needed to do to prepare myself for the future.
