We just purchased a used 2022 Lexus RX350. The dealership was great. Straight forward, friendly and informative. Our salesman Colin Smith was personable, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We got what we considered a very fair deal. We would definitely contact Colin and the dealership if we were looking for another car.

The experience was good till the dealership decided to change the name of the purchaser to my wife. I tried to get this corrected and it’s not. My wife did not purchase the new vehicle, I did. Every acknowledgment received for this purchase from George Moore is addressed to my wife and not the actual owner of the vehicle. Not a good experience when I have received nothing thanking me for this purchase. Not a good way to start a good business relationship

The communication over the phone between myself & Mister Richard was absolutely great. Paying $458.97 for a full inspection on a 2009 Chevy Malibu felt a bit steep. I also inquired about recalls for my vehicle & was told there was one. I think the service was ok. The price for the oil change for a 4 cylinder engine is too high. Also the oxygen sensor repair should have been covered by the dealer since I just had it replaced 2 years and 2 months ago. Replacing an oxygen sensor for the second time with less than 10,000 miles on it is ridiculous.

So Kevin is my go to for work. He takes care of all of my company vehicles (7). He also takes care of my personal truck and the wife's SUV. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I didn’t get the car wash that was offered plus $120 turned into $140 after “shop supplies” added . And also now charging 2% for credit cards. I would think Mr. Moore could absorb that. Fortunately I brought my coupon to knock off $10. I think I will look for better deals elsewhere next time.

Paid for oil & filter change, as well as tire rotation. I was offered a courtesy car wash. I ended up with a $300 bill,a large area of missing paint on my passenger side fender, and each of the four tires having different pressures. Oh yeah, and phone calls to person assigned to me on March 8th not being returned.



This dealership was a nightmare! And Brian was so rude and sarcastic! I will never come back to this dealership! They also lied and messed up my car and tried to charge me 7k to fix it! Do not trust these people! They are unethical!

From walking in until the paperwork was done the salesperson as well as the managing staff were there to ensure the purchase was smooth. Kevin has for few years now made my visit to your service center very favorable! He always lessens to my request and communicates with me about my concerns coming up with reasonable solutions. Most recently sourcing a tire on a Saturday morning after finding out I had a large piece of metal. The tire was originally ordered New and I had to wait for them!
