Purchased our truck from George Moore Chevy and will always bring it here for service. Our advisor Rodney is awesome. Brought the truck in, told him what we needed and he gets it done. He will suggest other services; however, he is not pushy and that is appreciated. There’s a nice lounge to wait for your vehicle, free WiFi, coffee or tea and snacks for purchase. Can’t ask for anything more.

I was very stressed going to a dealership again, with all the pressure, but this was different. My salesperson Celeste was great. We found an issue with the corvette and she made all the arrangements to correct it. The finance officer made it quick and painless. Great experience! Highly recommend as long as they correct the issues.

I almost took my 2017 to another shop for AC issues. They couldn't fix it, so I brought it to George Moore. I should have done that yo begin with! Rodney is the best advisor, very helpful!
It was no communication with me when I took my vehicle up there early that morning. They never told me that they would be keeping it overnight and I wouldn’t have found out until I called them at 3 o’clock that afternoon and the service guy says just because my appointment was at 8 o’clock that morning doesn’t mean that they’re gonna get to my vehicle and I didn’t understand that.
I was very happy to see Kevin back, he has always taken great care of us and our automobiles!

Where do I begin My father died Sep 3,2026 I his daughter brought his paid off 2022 Chevy Silverado in that has 44k miles on it in for an oil change I was immediately told a check engine light was on and running transmission codes I then asked about warranties since it still had fewer miles on it was told it had a 75k warranty and a 100k warranty on it by the first guy at check in then was given a paper to sign for 320$ which I was unsure about Volkswagen does not do this the 200$ diagnostic if warranty doesn’t ... Buyer Beware. I understand that the car business is an unregulated industry and that dishonest and unethical behavior persists. I’m not sure that if I was involved with a couple of bad actors or this is the culture that exists at George Brown Chevrolet, but I had a poor experience.

We recently bought a vehicle from George Moore and Julio was exceptional of walking us through the process. Prior to us going there we went to other places and the customer service was not even close of what George Moore and Sales rep Julio provided and that is why we went through the purchase with them. We took the car with the expectation that there were issues that were on recall, that’s what we were told over the phone. I get there and I am told that those part were not on recall. I get charged 4300. Now the truck has two different issues it didn’t have before. We tried to contact our service advocate Kevin, five times, he never called us back. No we have a truck that has transmission issues and 4300 less. So we are very disappointed with George Moore Ch.
The service provided was fast, professional and completed within the time they gave me as an estimate. They followed up without any prodding from me on the status of my recall.
