From the moment I submitted an inquiry through the website, my experience with George Moore Chevrolet was outstanding. Caleb was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We quickly came to an agreement on the price, and he made the entire buying process smooth by walking me through all of the paperwork and keeping me informed every step of the way. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle, Celeste greeted us and took the time to thoroughly walk us through the setup of the MyChevrolet app and OnStar. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we understood all of the vehicle’s features before we left the dealership. It’s clear she genuinely cares that customers feel comfortable and confident with their new vehicle. After the delivery, we drove away extremely happy with both our purchase and the overall experience. We had visited and worked with several other dealerships in the area before coming to George Moore Chevrolet, and none of them came close to the level of service we received here. Caleb and Celeste were both fantastic to work with, and they made what is often a stressful process enjoyable and straightforward.
