—OUT OF STATE BUYER BEWARE— My experience with George Moore Chevy was as follows: 6-22 I call them after finding a civic si online that I like and ask about doing an out of state deal, was assured it was an easy process. 6-24 Sent Deposit to hold car 6-31 Sent 10k downpayment via wire transfer. I start following up to see about my delivery and am told “we’re working on it”. 7-7 Dealer sends new paperwork as there was an error on their part. Keep asking about delivery as they have had my down payment for a min. A couple weeks go by and I get frustrated and move to speaking with a slales manager. 7-21 Finally told car was picked up and headed to me, will be delivered tomorrow 7-22 No car 7-23 No car 7-24 I get a call from transport to meet him at Lowe’s parking lot to get my car @ 4:30. Get my car, notice there is significantly more dings and blemishes than expected after I explicitly asked about any and was assured there was none. If I could go back, I would definitely tell myself not to purchase this car. It was nothing but a hassle and I feel like once they got my money, they just stopped caring about me getting my vehicle. It took me speaking to a sales manager to even get the transport. I am forwarding the conversation with the sales rep and also the pictures of damages to the appropriate agencies as I feel the blemishes/imperfections should have been disclosed when asked. Not expecting perfection but when I’ve waited a month to receive the car and not in the condition of expected, definitely not a happy customer. I would definitely stay away from this dealership.

This is the most dishonest sales department I have ever encountered in over 6 decades of my life. Caught them overcharging me by $1194 (which Todd helped me get refunded to my credit union) knowing I would report them to the state for unfair/illegal business practices towards seniors. Afterwards they agreed to give me $250 for the 10 hours it took to resolve the issue they created, "if" I agreed to take down a less then positive review. I agreed. Once the review was removed they "again" broke there promise to compensate me ($250) for my time. It appears these issues might only be related to there sales department unlike there service department which has been very helpful from the start.

The dealership is good but they don’t offer loaner vehicles when you need to drop off your car for service.

Tai was great. Was in for my 1st oil change on my 2025. Very polite, super efficient, communicated throughout the day and arranged for transportation.
