I was on the hunt for a 2025 Corvette Z06 convertible in either a 2LZ or 3LZ trim, and I got super lucky finding exactly what I wanted—a 3LZ in Sea Wolf Gray—at George Moore Chevrolet in Jacksonville. 1.serious glitches during contract signing with warranty/maintence prices changing? was told it was a system glitch. Had to restart process, reprint the contract after I pointed out the error which added and additional hour and makes me think it was not a glitch but something else. 2.Austion made promises about getting help with getting refund from my previous warranty not handled as promised. Still not resolved 3. Promised by Glenn the car would be FULL gas and ready to go. It WAS EMPTY on delivery. 4. Radio system update was obiously overlooked prior to taking possesion. Android Auto will NOT connect. Was promised I would be in and out in 10 minutes. Stayed almost 2 hours and it still is not resolved. Honestly, If it wasn't for Mike in service (he really seemed to care and made me feel better) I would have ZERO faith in your dealership. He promised me he would pick up my truck 5/23 around 1:30 take it back to the shop and get the radio updated tomorrow and resolve all current issues. Let hope he is a man of his word. My time is valuable. I don't feel I was treated fairly and your staff respected my time

Brought the car to the shop and was told the car needed a new battery and starter. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty at Sam’s Club so I didn’t have to purchase another one.
