What an experience. I received a pre approval letter from VyStar for a new truck. The day of purchase, VyStar denied my loan. 2 hours later the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with in my life, Mrs.Kori calls me and said not only did she handle financing for me, she ended up getting it through VyStar who had just denied me. Had my Traverse towed to George Moore after a fuel issues caused it to stall. They were very professional and kept me informed of the diagnosis as well as the cost of the fix. I had no issues. I would bring my Chevy there again for service.

Worst dealership in the world. Their ASE mechanics are horrible and do not know how to repair a vehicle. They hide behind warranty and repair liability disclaimers they believe protect them from failure to repair responsibilities.
I just bought a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from this dealership a week ago. I was fully satisfied with the outcome and process of transactions. Kori Neal did an outstanding job throughout the whole process and then some. She is very knowledgeable and professional handling my situation as a buyer. I was able to price this truck from their website sitting on my couch. The price on the website was the price I paid and they gave me slightly over KBB on my traded in truck.
To be brief. Call at least three times during the day, about 8 hours total and they never returned my call. At my final call just before closing time my car was ready! They didn’t even clean the car after. Very disappointed
